Privacy policy

TheAppApp LLC operates TheAppApp. The app stores account email, one applicant profile, job links, extracted job descriptions, generated score reports, generated resume drafts, application tracking events, intake records, usage estimates, support details you send us, and billing entitlement status.

AI features process only the profile evidence and job text submitted to the app. The app does not store LinkedIn credentials or automate logged-in LinkedIn scraping.

TheAppApp uses Supabase for authentication and database storage, Vercel for hosting, RevenueCat for subscription entitlement orchestration, Resend for email workflows, OpenAI for AI workflows, and Apify for no-login job extraction where configured.

Subscription purchases are handled by the applicable billing provider: RevenueCat web checkout, Apple App Store, or Google Play. The app mirrors entitlement status so one Premium account works across supported platforms.

TheAppApp does not sell personal data and does not use advertising tracking. Security and abuse-prevention systems may process technical request data such as IP address, user agent, and rate-limit events.

Users can delete their account from the app profile screen or follow the account deletion instructions. Deletion removes stored jobs, resumes, tracking events, intake records, usage rows, and account-owned profile data, except records we are legally required or permitted to retain for security, fraud prevention, tax, billing, or compliance.
